Yumi Lee has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years. She has an elite clientele ranging from celebrities to top business professionals. She has worked with Brad Pitt, Julianna Margulies, Demi Moore, Peter Kraus, Sporty Spice of the Spice Girls and Pink. Yumi has traveled nationally and internationally as a Master Trainer teacher and presenter for Reebok University since 2001. She was a trainer on VH-1’s From Flab to Fab and has also been seen on several news and entertainment shows such as Extra. She appeared in several spots on a national Reebok commercial with Missy Elliot and has also been a fitness expert on several fitness videos and infomercials. Yumi’s unique fitness style and philosophy have been featured in many top magazines including Glamour, Shape, Self, Women’s Heath and Fitness, US Magazine, and IDEA Source Magazine. She was featured as one of America’s Top 100 Trainers by Men’s Journal. Yumi also competed in the National Sportaerobics Competition from 1995 to 2001 where she won three gold medals, two silver, and one bronze medal.
